1 GENERAL

1.1 PRICES

Prices for goods do not include postage, this will be added at checkout.

All prices quoted are for loose prints only unless otherwise stated.

No permission is given in respect of the reproduction of any images on this website, nor of any product or artwork. All rights reserved

2 RETURN POLICY

Please contact Drawings by Denise before returning any items.

You can return the product within 30 days of delivery. The product must be in new condition. If the product is ruined or used the product shall not be refunded. Make sure to include contact information with the return and if possible, please provide us with a tracking number and a brief description of your case.

Drawings by Denise suggests you get a receipt and a package ID for the return from the delivery service, as it makes it easier to follow the return shipment if needed. Drawings by Denise will make a refund of eligible returns. If you paid by invoice, we will need a bank account number to transfer the money back to. The easiest way is to e-mail it to us.

2.1 NON RETURNABLE GOODS

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, these include any personalised products or commissions.

2.2 SHIPPING

To return your product, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. You should return your product to: Drawings by Denise, 57 Stamford Road, Brierley Hill, DY5 2PT, United Kingdom.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £20, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

3. REFUND POLICY

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

3.1 REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 days.

3.2 LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at: denise@drawingsbydenise.co.uk.

3.3 SALE ITEMS

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

3.4 EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at denise@drawingsbydenise.co.uk and send your item to: Drawings by Denise, 57 Stamford Road, Brierley Hill, DY5 2PT, United Kingdom.

3.5 GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

4 CHANGES TO THESE TERMS OF SERVICE

We reserve the right to modify our terms of service at any time, so please review it frequently.

Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website.

If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it.

If our store is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that we may continue to sell products to you.
